You will be pleasantly surprised at the variety and incredible flavors available in the plant world. In Judy’s 8-week faith-based study called Devoted Bodies, there are shopping lists, meal plans and dozens of recipes. ForksOverKnives.com is another terrific resource for recipes and motivation. Judy also recommends checking out Youtube videos from Dr. John McDougall, Dr. Joel Furhman, and Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn.
